Yes, it is very trite, but Mike and I really are better together. We balance each other in a lot of different ways. His humor balances me out when I take myself too seriously. My "common sense" (or "simple mindedness"?) balances out his more incredibly brainiac moments. When we're making big decisions, we really do make much better choices when we do it together. So, we're doing a blog together. It doesn't seem like something that is done very often, because the set-up is all about one person. That's ok, we'll make it work.
Our title comes from our daughter. I'm a fan of asking what they think. At one point, eldest daughter, after being asked what she thought scrunched up her face for a second, cleared it, then replied "I got nothin." She's got her dad's sense of humor, which I love. You will see her and younger daughter here, no doubt.
So we are entering the 21st Century. We've got digital cable, a home theater system, and now a blog. So we've got a little something.
